Comfort Inn Greenville - Haywood Mall

First, I want to thank Daniele for welcoming me with a smile at the front desk each evening. She shined and seemed eager to be and exceptional customer service representative for the hotel. The others were very friendly and attentive, too. The room was clean and comfy and the hotel is located among several great places to eat when you are on the road. Thanks!

Some of the reviews make me wonder if we were at the same hotel. The rooms were great, So was the lobby, pool and fitness center. We did not need service and the location is at the mall, hence the 3 on those. The desk personnel were very pleasant. Definitely would return here.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space felt both modern and cozy. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, even though the hotel is conveniently located near major roads and shopping. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast buffet served each morning. It included a wide variety of options—eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, and more. The breakfast area was clean and well-stocked, and the staff made sure everything stayed fresh and hot. Another big plus is the affordable pricing. For the quality of the stay, you truly get great value. It’s close to Haywood Mall, restaurants, and only a short drive from downtown Greenville, making it perfect for both business travelers and vacationers. Overall, my experience at Comfort Inn Haywood Mall exceeded expectations. With their amazing customer service, clean and comfortable accommodations, budget-friendly rates, and hearty breakfast, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others visiting the area. It's a true gem for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in Greenville.

The rooms are outdated on the sense that there are no USB ports to charge phone etc. You have to have your block and all. Also outdated by there are only 3 outlets so 6 places to plug things in and 5 are used by TV lamp coffee maker and alarm clock. So charging phone next to bed is not an option. The bathroom water pressure for showers is really weak take twice as long to shower when it just trickles out. Will say did give 5 for customer service very friendly great morning breakfast. Location is awesome close to everything. However I could not give the room over 3 stars due to these issues. They need a renovation for all rooms.

Cheap room you get what you pay for but it’s very clean inside and out and plenty to do around. Good bang for your buck

Clean, spacious, medium priced rooms. I've been coming here for a decade and have always been impressed with the friendly, helpful attitudes. The breakfast is what you'd expect, but my son says the biscuits are the best he's ever had. The hotel is surrounded by good places to eat and hang out, and downtown, zoo, arena, and shopping are convenient. I'll stay here every time I stay overnight in Greenville!
